Job Summary:
We're hiring a Remote Refrigeration and HVAC Data Monitoring Specialist with 2-4 years of experience. The role involves analysing and optimizing refrigeration processes in commercial buildings. Key requirements include solid product knowledge, basic electrical/electronic skills, and proficiency in data analysis. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in Refrigeration & Airconditioning/Mechanical/Electronics & Communication or a B.E. in Mechanical/Electronics & Communication. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across different time zones are essential.
Experience Level: 2-4 years in Data Monitoring / Refrigeration & Airconditioning.
Education:
- Diploma in Refrigeration & Airconditioning / Mechanical / Electronics & Communication.
- B.E. Mechanical / Electronics & Communication.
Skill Summary:
- Refrigeration/HVAC product knowledge is a must.
- Understanding of Refrigeration/HVAC product lines and services.
- Basic electrical and electronic knowledge to understand user interface/HMI of PLC.
- Basic skills in research and data collection processes.
- Knowledge of data analysis and statistics for correlation, outlier analysis, and interpretation of statistical results.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in reports, and fast typing speed.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (VLOOKUP, Pivot table, PPT).
- Strong English communication skills, both verbally and in composing impactful emails.
- Organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively within varying work hours.
- Adherence to a rotational schedule for working in both US and Indian timings.
- Maintain open communication with team members and stakeholders located in different regions.
Job Description:
As a Refrigeration and HVAC Data Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for remote monitoring of refrigeration data in commercial buildings. Your primary duties will include:
- Remote monitoring of refrigeration data in commercial buildings.
- Listing down alarms and variations observed during the monitoring process.
- Analysing issues in the refrigeration process cycle and suggesting solutions to key project stakeholders.
- Generating tickets for variations in refrigeration product performance cycle.
- Analysing refrigeration trend data in software tools and providing possible solutions via email/call.
- Providing backend support to onsite personnel during installation processes.
- Participation in meetings, conference calls, and collaboration sessions across different time zones.
- Documenting historical data observed during the refrigeration performance cycle.
Location:
Permanent full-time role based at Chennai office Monday – Friday
