Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Lead Automation Manager with extensive experience in Building Information Modeling and proficiency in various 3D model developing platforms such as Revit, Inventor, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, and all Autodesk Products. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in automation technologies.

Skill Summary:

• Vast experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
• Extensive experience in 3D model developing platforms such as Revit, Inventor, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, and all Autodesk Products.
• Basic Automation Skills.
• Analytical thinking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/BTech) or master’s in computer applications (MCA).
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong proficiency in 3D modelling software and automation tools.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading automation projects to fruition.
• Flexibility and adaptability to embrace evolving technologies and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize logical thinking and aptitude to spearhead automation initiatives within the organization.
• Demonstrate proficiency in 3D model developing platforms to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Possess programming skills in languages such as C#, C++, Java, .NET, Python, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies and integrate them into organizational processes.

Location:

Permanent full-time role based at Chennai office Monday – Friday
