Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager specializing in Software as a Service (SaaS), this role is pivotal in crafting and executing a comprehensive strategic plan to drive revenue growth and expand market share. The ideal candidate will be adept at cultivating and managing relationships with key partners, devising business plans, exploring new opportunities, and leveraging analytical skills to optimize sales performance. Effective communication and presentation skills are crucial, as the candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful presentations to both existing and potential customers, as well as senior leadership.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is advantageous.


  • Minimum of 8 years of Sales/Business Development experience within the SaaS industry or a related domain.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating compelling value propositions and engaging effectively with customers and senior leadership.
  • Proficient in strategic planning and executing business initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and forecast sales pipeline performance.
  • Experience with data analysis, market research, and creating Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers and executivelevel stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to changing priorities, and working independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Established network connections within key SaaS partners across the regional landscape.


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to maximize revenue and market share growth.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners to drive collaborative business initiatives.
  • Devise business plans and growth strategies, exploring new business opportunities within the SaaS landscape.
  • Utilize analytical and forecasting skills to manage sales pipeline performance.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to current and prospective customers and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Operations, to achieve collective business objectives.


Permanent full-time role based at Chennai office Monday – Friday
