System Test Engineer

Job Summary:

Join a dynamic R&D support team focused on enhancing test quality and efficiency across various platforms. Initially, the role will concentrate on system testing designed for printing and marking products, ensuring product confidence and performance verification. Ongoing tasks include regression testing established systems to uphold software output quality. Responsibilities encompass hands-on product testing, report writing, issue tracking, test planning, and equipment/software development. While mainly independent, the role also considers the broader impact on test operations. The goal is to refine the testing process to achieve a high level of confidence in product releases using ATE and simulation techniques.

Education:

· Diploma/BE

Skill Summary:

· Knowledge in Mechanical Machines and Equipment operations, Testing of equipment.

Experience Level (In Years):

· 5 years for Diploma, 4 years for BE.

Job description:

1. Degree in a suitable engineering field – Mechanical, software, or electronics.

2. System Testing experience/exposure would be an optimal candidate.

3. Experience/Familiarity in Jira, Xray, Confluence is an added advantage.

4. Familiarity with computer communications and programming languages.

5. Word processing and MS Office skills. 6. Good communication skills.

7. Able to take a first principles approach to new challenges as they arrive and apply skills to suit.

8. Effective coordination with key stakeholders and the team, constant updates to the Customer to ensure the flawless execution of the project.

9. Should have very good written and verbal communication skills. 10. Good at using MS Office applications like Excel, Word & PPT for report preparations
