Solidpro is an emerging global Engineering Services Company with a group of young, incredibly professional Technologists focusing on supporting the Global clients by acting as their Global Engineering Centres.

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR department. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

  • Manage employee records and update HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.

2. Recruitment Support:

  • Post job openings and manage job boards.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Communicate with candidates and arrange interviews.

3. Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and conduct orientations.
  • Ensure new employees complete required documentation.

4. Employee Relations:

  • Address basic employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
  • Help with employee engagement surveys and feedback.

5. Training and Development:

  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions and workshops.
  • Maintain training records and track employee progress.
  • Assist in developing training materials.

6. Benefits Administration:

  • Assist with benefits enrollment and administration.
  • Respond to employee questions about benefits.
  • Communicate benefits information and updates.

7. General Support:

  • Handle routine HR correspondence and documentation.
  • Assist in various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Provide support for HR software and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
