Solidpro is an emerging global Engineering Services Company with a group of young, incredibly professional Technologists focusing on supporting the Global clients by acting as their Global Engineering Centres.

Summary: 
We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Global Sustainability Project Lead with at least 10 years of experience in ESG, green building, sustainability, and energy management projects this leadership role in driving our organization's global sustainability goals by leading and managing ESG, green building, and energy efficiency projects across diverse international markets clients and our organization's sustainability journeys. You will be a sustainability champion with a deep understanding of ESG/Sustainability reporting standards (GRI, CSRD, SASB, etc.) and assurance frameworks (ISAE 3000, AA 1000).

Responsibilities:
•Lead and plan the execution of Sustainability Services projects across various service lines, including ESG/Sustainability Advisory, Sustainability/non-financial reporting, EHS, Climate Change, and impact assessments.
•Develop and deliver customized solutions for clients, leveraging your expertise in sustainability reporting, assurance, strategy, impact assessments, due diligence, and supply chain sustainability.
•Lead and execute key Sustainability Services solutions using our global service delivery framework.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their sustainability challenges. This includes effectively presenting and selling the value proposition of our services.
•Develop and leverage your network within the sustainability industry to identify and secure new business opportunities.
•Develop and implement internal sustainability programs and initiatives aligned with best practices and industry standards.
•Track and monitor the organization's sustainability performance against key metrics and goals.
•Identify and manage sustainability risks within the organization's operations.
•Advocate for and champion sustainability initiatives throughout the organization, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility.

Skills:
•In-depth knowledge of ESG/Sustainability reporting standards (GRI, CSRD, Eco-Vadis, SASB, Integrated Reporting, TCFD, CDP) and assurance frameworks (ISAE 3000, AA 1000).
•Understanding of sustainability-related regulations and best practices.
•Experience with sustainability impact assessment methodologies.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team on deliver complex sustainability projects on time and within budget.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a multicultural awareness.  
•Excellent business development acumen and a proven track record of securing new business opportunities through networking.

Education:
•A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (environmental science, engineering, business) or an MBA or a master's degree in Sustainability is preferred.
•Completion of a recognized course on ESG/Sustainability reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD) or sustainability assurance frameworks (ISAE 3000, AA 1000) is a strong advantage.
